Vendor key register
The third-party API keys your store depends on. Keys CRM Sync holds are fingerprinted, so a rotation is recorded only when the key really changed. Every other vendor is listed with its documented rules, so you know which keys never expire and which you can't rotate yourself.
Never paste a key into this page, a chat, or an email. Rotate it in the vendor's dashboard, then have your CRM Sync admin reconnect the vendor with the new value. There's no settings screen for these connections yet.

Reminders
One email a day per store when a key is coming due (14 days ahead), is overdue (weekly until recorded), or changed without a recorded rotation. It goes to the store owner and the addresses below. It names the vendor and the date, never a key or fingerprint.
Audit export
Every recorded rotation for this store's tracked keys: date, who, reason, and the previous and new fingerprints. For an auditor or a payments compliance review.
